full text index and catalog

somebody help urgently, i have a full text catalog (mycatalog) on my production server database, i also have a fulltext index on table ('records'). I tried dropping my fulltext catalog but got an error stating that i should firstly drop my full text index on my table ('records') but the problem is that i don't remember the name of my full text index.

I need a t-sql query that i can use to retrieve my full text index name and then also a t-sql query i can use to delete the full text index and also the full text catalog on my database.
