GMail Fetcher and POP3

    Trying to use Fetcher to get messages from my DASP domain but Fetcher says it cannot connect.

    DASP Knowledge Base indicates I need to turn on POP3 through SmarterMail. Problem is, there is nothing about POP3 anywhere in my Settings menu.

    Anyone know how to fix? Thanks.

    Which KB article is that? Maybe we have to reword it or update it.

    POP3 is always enabled in the mail servers, so there's no need to enable it.

    Can't locate it now.

    Anyway, the real questions are why there is nothing about POP3 in my SmarterMail and why Fetcher is rejected.

    Please close and delete this thread. I was able to get Fetcher to work.
