Help !!! (Error: The caller was not authenticated by the service)

I am using Visual Studio 2008 (VB) and I am writing a fairly simple N-tier service based application.
Data AccessTier (Sql Server)
DataEntityTier (Client and server)
DataServiceTier (IIS)
PresentationTier (test=Vista)

I have referenced the topic: Hosting a WCF web service on DiscountASP servers but still have a problem.
Outward signs are that service is operational, but I seem to have some sort ofAuthentication / token issue.
All of the projects are signed, and both the Service and Presentation projects include a "Signed once manifest".

I am truly at a loss. I don't know what the problem is with this and I've been working on it for 2 days trying various opions but have not been able to sove the challenge.

This is my first application using asp.net and WCF so I KNOW I am missing something. It may be ossible that I have to override something on the server to make this work???


Any help you can provide would be truly welcome.
