I have a silly question. I tried to change some text and pictures on my website. When I tried to login as administrator, the password is not working and when I clicked on "forgot password" to retreive it, the user name didn't see right either. My webmaster is no longer in town. Any suggestion where do I get those info back?
Sounds like an application-based login and not FTP, right? In which case we can't really help you. Do you know what the application is called? Maybe someone here has experience resetting an admin password for that particular product. Otherwise, your best bet is to track down whoever set it up.
