Help with DNN (Value cannot be null. Parameter name: format)

Hello firends,

I have a problem with my deploy DNN, it's was working fine, but I do something and it start to throw some errors like this in the screen shoot.
Pleas if some one know how to fix it.

In the screen shoot I create a new registration and were it has to show the e-mail verification message, it's shows Value cannot be null. Parameter name: format

Another problem now is that I have a module that have a reference to an dll.
How do I do to reference that dll at deploy?
