Helpdesk Ticket Manager 404

  1. Hello,

    I'm not sure how I go about asking a question to the techs. Whenever I try the Helpdesk Ticket Manager / Ticket History, I get an Error 404 Web Page Not Found. Lovely.

    Anyways, I haven't figured out how to do FTP over SSL using FileZilla.. I have standard FTP working but without explicit or implicit SSL working, no go. Is there any good directions anywhere?

    Neither http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10570 nor http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10577 work for me. I get a timeout after the Status: Initializing TLS... Command: USER [myusername]


    Any thoughts?

  3. Thanks for the fast reply.

    I did read it. FTP without SSL works but once I turn on FTPES, it times out.

    But Alas, I think I found the problem. It seems that FileZilla 3.0.11.1 (the latest version) isn't popping up the SSL certificate window (to accept or deny the certificate). I am running Windows Server 2008 so there could be some compatibility with this. I think this because when I try doing the same exact thing on a Windows Server 2003R2 box, I see the SSL certificate window and things work just fine.

    I'll report this to FileZilla.
