    Hi,
    I cant submit my tickets through this system. The button click does nothing. Any one else has this problem?

    Yes, you can submit tickets through the Helpdesk Ticket Manager. It is recommended to send tickets through this system as they can be archived and you can reply to the tickets even when you don't have email access.
