Host My Asp.Net application

Hi, I have created an asp.net application which has the usual aspx front end and a SQL Server 2008 R2 backend.

I want to host my project in here and I am unable to find a good useful article that tells me how I could move the project and get it running.

I moved my project from Visual studio 2008 to Web application tool - http://support.discountasp.net/KB/a...ual-studio-20082005-visual-web-developer.aspx

After moving the files using the above process I only see folders I cannot see my files. Is there anything wrong ? Also how do I move the database now and how do I connect the DB and my code again after I move the db ?

Any help is greatly appreciated or if you can point me to some existing links that would be great
