Hosting 2 websites on 1 Web Sever?

    Hi,

    Can I host 2 website domainswww.x.com and www.y.com on one web server (discount asp.net)?

    At the moment I have 1 domain on asp.net, do I have to buy another webserver to host it?

    I do not want to redirect anything, I want them independent.

    If you want two independent sites, then you would sign up two hosting accounts.

    You can use one domain in the root and the other as a pointer, then sniff incoming requests.
    (Send traffic for one site to a folder on your site.)
    Will your sites be ASP.NET or Classic ASP?

    Let me clarify, because wisemx is correct, you can do that. But when you say "independent" I take it that you also want email, separate stats...etc. in which case you would need to sign up another account.

    I only started using discount asp.net a month ago. Sorryif I have come acrossignorant. (I have to admit, Dasp.net is he best web server Ive ever used!)


    Is it possible to get a discount on the second web server host if I use discount asp.net, or is this not possible. Basically, do I have to start from scratch again if I want to host another domain?
