hosting error

Hi. I am very new to discount asp.
I just uploaded my first web site here and stuck with an error.
it says:
HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found
The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

When I try to contact the support team, they said is must be a misconfiguration in the Handler Mapping, Global.asax, or web.config file.

I have the same site hosted in somewhere else and it is running nice.
