Hosting Multiple Versions of .Net Framework

    Our main site is ASP.NET 2.0. I would like to install an application folder off the root and host an ASP.NET 3.5 restful service. Is this possible or will it conflict with the main web.config file in the root directory?

    On one hosting account you can mix technologies but not ASP.NET versions.
    Isn't it time to merge that 2.0 app?
