hosting website response time

i read some negative reviews about your web hosting response time - are they accurate? what is your web hosting response time for websites that are hosting from you?

 

Anyone who gives you a number and says, "Here's how fast your site will load," is lying to you, so we don't do that.

The fact is, the response time depends on factors that are almost all out of the host's control. Download speeds are limited by internet connections, distance from the server, conditions on the many "hops" between you and the server...there is no way to say with any certainty how long it will take a page to load for you.
