How can I just register domain name with DiscountAsp.net?

I would definately also host my site on Discountasp.net later on since I have had such a great experience with you guys (I recommanded your hosting service to my boss, so now we are hosting our company site www.maxtop.ca with you)

coz I trust you guys.....nowadays Iden. theft is everywhere....so does fake sites that stole ppl.'s credit card numbers..

Can you suggest some very cheap/reliable domain name registrars. though yahoo offers for $2.99. It's only for one domain. we want to have multiple domains registration. Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I think the concensus these days is that godaddy.com is the fastest growing and largest registrar in the world. I've found them to be quite inexpensive, reliable and offering great customer support.

There are also a bunch of godaddy 'resellers' that might get you a better deal, like www.cheap-domainnames.com

I always like to register a domain name, then immediately point the nameservers to DiscountASP (Even though the hosting account may not exist yet). Then when the site is ready, I just turn on the hosting account and the site is instantly live, instead of wating 24-48 hours for the nameservers to take hold.

 

This is my first time dealing with webhosting..

now i'm using visual web developer 2005 and sql server 2005 that i'm download from the internet.

i didn't know which webhost that suitable with my small bussiness website.
there's ASP.Net 2.0 and SQL Server 2005 webhost.. which one that i should choose.. or there's any suggestion..

You may find that people on these forums are biased, but I believe your best bet is DiscountASP.NET!
