  1. I'm aware of the different Stats \ Raw logs options in the Tools & Utilities. And I do use the Raw stats zips for usage analytics.
The stats are availabe once a day.

However I'm trying to see the current IIS log files in order to resolve a customer problem. The customer reports he is unable to start a clickonce installation process. In order to troubleshoot the issue, I would like to see the current IIS http logs to see if the connection was actually established or if any network problems are the underlying cause.

You'll have to wait until the end of the date to get the log file.

  3. Bruce,

That is not very helpfull in resolving an issue when you have a client on the phone. Can we please get an enhancement in this area?

There's a technical challenge on getting real time log because the file is locked and we can't zip it.

Having a daily log satisfies almost 99.9% of our customer and it is unlikely that we'll make real time log access available in the near future.

    Sorry.
