How do I creata a sub folder

Hi all,

In the control panel I have a file tree containing two items off of the root:

Database and Bin

I want to create several folders under the root for applications.

When I click on Bin I am asked if I want to make an application - I do not - I just want to create sub folders - how can I create them

should I place them in the bin folder or should I place them directly off of the root

You can use an FTP client to connect to your site and create directories.

The bin directory is for binary files. Create any new directories in the root.
