How do I do a permanent 301 redirect from wesellandbuyhomes.com to www.wesellandbuyhomes.com

I have a site that did show up on Google as www.wesellandbuyhomes.com and now just shows up as a non www site like this wesellandbuyhomes.com. My rankings fell for keywords and the page rank of the index page went from 2 to 0. During the DOS attack a couple of months ago and I switched hosting companies for a week until the problem was over and then I switched back. I noticed that all of the back links to the index page in the dashboard view on Google are gone. What causes this dropping of the www? Someone on SEOCHAT suggested I do a permanent 301 redirect from the wesellandbuyhomes.com to www.wesellandbuyhomes.com . The question is how to do this?</o>
