How do I set a Defualt message for Page not found

I just rolled out a new site with a new file structure. there are many sites that have hardcoded links to my old site. I would like to be able to present a specific page (notfound.html) when a page cannot be found on the site.

Can I set notfound.html as the defaul page to display when a page cannot be found?

If so, how?

Log into your control panel, in the IIS Manager section you can set your 404 and 500 pages.
