How do I upload a SQLite database

I have a small SQLite database I want to upload into my we site from one computer, and then download it into another computer.

I've forgotten how to upload and download files.

Do I have to use FrontPage?

Got it. Took a while, but finally figured it out.
Located my ftp site.
Used Internet Explorer to go to it. (Couldn't get FireFox to work.)
Created a new folder.
Copy and pasted my SQLite database to it.
When I go home, I should be able to download it to my other computers.
Hope this helps someone else.
