How do i use Discount ASP database need help

when i try to views the table i got this message
Directory Listing Denied

This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

so how do i use The database which provide by discount ASP.net
could anyone point me to the right direction

At first, i wanted to connect database through visual studio 2008 because they have a nice build in database management tools. but i cannot connect to it. then i tried to go to the
control panel and go to SQL Web Admin page. after several attempts, i got lost..
any tips for me that would be great, or do you guys have any kind of step through videos that i can learn from it

There is one simple video on http://www.dasptv.com/ showing how to connect from a local SQL Server.
The information in that video is close to what is needed for doing the same in VS but it is a very different process.
When you log onto the DASP Control Panel one of the first things you will want to do is copy the DB connection information from the section for the SQL Server you added.
If you have not yet added a SQL Server addon no connection info will be listed, yet.
I can create a quick video for this...Just let me know which steps you need help with.
