How does WSE 3.0 get uploaded to web site?

Hello.

I'm not having a problem. I just would like to know the infrastructure of Web Service Enhancements 3.0.

What is the reason why my web site, which uses WSE 3.0, runs OK on discount.Asp.Net and not other hosters?

I went with discount.Asp.Net because they supported wse 3.0. However, i was told by another hoster that it is simply uploaded with my web site when i upload to the hoster, it's not something that the hoster has to do and it's part of .NET Framework 2.0.

I looked through all the files on my web site and i can't find any file related to wse 3.0 except wse3policyCache.config in the root folder.

Does anybody know exactly how this works?

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
