How long does it take to restore database

Has anyone had to request to have your database restored from the DASP backup (not a backup done by me). I am wondering how long it usually takes to have DASP do it. I accidentally dropped a very important table last night and requested a restore. I can't get tech support to give me an estimated time that it will be done. I'm very grateful they can do it, but I need to set expectations with my users! Anyone had experience in this? Thanks much-

It was great, but took 18 hours to happen. I also couldn't get anyone in support to give me an estimated restore time.Lastly, the backups apparently aren't nightly as stated; the newest one they had was almost 3 days old. That will teach me to run my own backups nightly! Still, it waswonderful that the backup was there - I only lost 3 days of work instead of 2 weeks.
