how long to provision DB

    I signed up earlier today (about 3 hours ago) for a new SQL add-on (MS SQL 2000); I just wondered how long it would take to have it provisioned so I could start working with it. I'm just wondering whether it's a couple of days, or a few hours.

    If anyone knows, I'd be glad for a heads up.

    Usually within 24 hours.
    This being the weekend before New Years it may take them till Monday.
