How to avoid your sent emails to be considered as spam

    Hi.

    I have a question about sending automated emails, my site is supposed to send emails automatically inviting people to answer surveys.

    Is there any manual or guide that explains what the email body shoud contain to avoid being considered as spam?

    I doubt that you can find anything like this because each mail server is configured with different filtering capability, ie. some email server will consider certain words as high spam probably but another mail server would not.
