How to create an aspx project to the web server?

    Hi All,
    When I try to create a new project at the server. I follow the instruction on http://kb.discountasp.net/article.aspx?id=10000
    However, It first tell me my asp.net is 1.1 version and so, I just ignore it and use 1.0 version.

    Then, it keep saying, "Web Access Failed"
    The default web access mode for this project is set to front page, but the project folder at http://www.myproject.net can not be opened with front page. The error return was unable to create web project '/'. NOt Found.

    HOw do I get this project fixed ?
