How to delete folders?

    Hi,

    I'm in the control panel - Web Application Tool, but I can't delete any files/folders. If I click on an application hosted in a subdirectory, there is a Remove Application option. But when I click on folders, there is only Install Application. How do I remove these folders?

    I also tried to delete the folders from the IIS Manager on my local machine, but that didn't work either. Is the access denied?
