How to execute a Stored Procedure in automatic / periodic way?

Hi,
I have a Stored procedure that should be running every hour (to reset some values in a table) but I am not able to find the SQL Agent on the SQL Manager Explorer, so is there any way to set the SP to run every hour on the DiscountASP MS-SQL 2008 database? Or any other alternative?

I found that SQL Agent is not available in DASP, and aslo there is some discussion...

The only way I know how to do this would be to create a code page that uses the SP.
Then use the Scheduled Task feature in the Control Panel to hit that page.
