How to handle web application administration tool through online for User authentication?

Hi every one,

I haveused the clubsite straterkit andI have already upload that page in the remote server.
But problem is that, when new member sign up in the site it has no authority to access in the site. At that time i can go through the visual studio and open the web application tool and give the authentication.

It has problem for every time open the visual studio.

If u have any idea, we can open this tool(page) through the online.
