How to Install DotNetNuke

HELP!!!!!

I used DiscountASP Web Application Gallery Installation Tool to install DotNetNuke

At first I tried to give it a different directory to use instead of mydomain/dotnetnuke

It seemed to work fine, said Install complete and gave me a link.

BUT the link page gave me the old Bad News yellow server error page:

Error Code 0x800700b7
Config Error Cannot add duplicate collection entry of type 'add' with unique key attribute 'name' set to 'ScriptHandlerFactory'
Config File \\?\E:\web\mydomaincom\htdocs\dnn\web.config

So I deleted that directory and reinstalled DNN using folder mydomain/dotnetnuke

Still get same error except with new folder

Htdocs is a virtual directory so I think it means file : mydomain\dotnetnuke\web.config

Any thoughts or suggestions PLEASE!!!
