How to integrated into LiveStats.XSP XML reports into Excel

Anyone know a way to import monthly XML reports from LiveStats into one summary excel document so that I can look at trends over time?

Are there any resources out there that I could look at on a way to do this that doesnt require a lot of cut and paste?
