How to turn on/off FTP?

    On my control panel under IIS Tools, I have the option to turn off FTP. Ie turned off FTP and turned it back on, but ever since I did that, I have been continually getting the message that you get when FTP is turned off whenever I try to upload anything. When I click turn off again, nothing happens. The button still says turn off. How am I supposed to turn on FTP when it somehow thinks it is turned off?

    please create a support ticket. This may be related to a bug w/ the IIS 7.0 FTP server.
