   I am not sure what this means, but it looks like the default behavior for a site permissions-wise is that "anonymous" has read and edit turned on for \htdocs.
   
   That sounds dangerous but I am nervous about changing these settings... can you please advise? Can anyone really just write into these directories with these settings like this?
