HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error

I recently published my site and got this error. the site works fine in my environment but I cant seem to get it to work on discountasp.net server the site is tdcoltd.com

 

Site seems to work fine. Are you still having problems?

 

Fixed Issue

I added my site to my local IIS and enable tracing but later removed it because it didn't work properly and published my site shorltly after some how the configurations weer kept it updated the IIS server with the configurations. I had to remove them with the IIS tools provided
