i am new i do not know any thing i need some one to giude me.
i need to know how i can use the IIS Manager ( create web project ?? )

if some one have example for small web project with giude step.

If you are just starting you probably don't need to use IIS manager yet. You should probably look around on the web for some tutorials that are related to what you want to do on your site.
