I found the answerr to : After Uploading the Master Page the whole site is not finding any of it's

For what it may be worth to anyone of they experience the same delima as my thread http://community.discountasp.net/default.aspx?m=18739&f=5&p=1#m18893 ...

In the remote bin folder, there were 6 dll's ...
In my local folder, therewere 2...

Some of the bin folder filessaid new and changed, my local ones have old dates from the inception of the website.
I deleted all the bin dll's, and sent up the two from my local folder...

Instant fix, and the website is MUCH faster with postbacks and things...

You can read all the things I tried before I did the above, and if you experience the same kind of symptoms I did, maybe this will help someout some day.

Thanks for the suggestions in the last few days.
