I need some help getting started

    Since there are several things you can get started with, please be a bit more specific. We can point you in the correct direction if you want help with hosting your email, website, or uploading via FTP. All these topics are covered in detail in our knowledge base. However, if you help us narrow down your point of interest in getting started, we can be a bit more specific. You should familiarize yourself with our help desk system. You can submit a support ticket in the control panel by clicking on the "Support" link at the very top page once logged into the control panel. However, you can also use the following URL: "https://support.discountasp.net/Main/Default.aspx".

    When you have an issue that requires our attention please submit a support ticket. The "Account Management" Section will allow you to manage the various functions you can perform with your hosting service. Use the "Account Info/Edit" to update your account information. When you edit your contact information you can provide us with the current information you want associated with your DiscountASP.net account. You can also use this section of the control panel to change the password associated with logging into the control panel. You cannot change the username associated with your control panel login, but you can change the domain associated with your account. You will need to submit a support request for this type of change. In this same section you will be able to add addition disk space or bandwidth if needed. I hope this short introduction answers some of your questions, but if you have something more specific please update this thread or submit a support request and we will surely help you find your way around our system.
