  1. Hello - I am the CEO of a startup company, that has planned to go live with a new site Oct 1st. The development is complete, and we just found that our current hosting company can not support the site. I am currently looking at options between using you or just going with two dedicated servers where we control everything in an co-lo... I need to make the decision today. Not tomorrow, not the day after...

Here is the reason for the switch of hosting providers. The current vendor has limited the security access on their hosted virtual servers. (we have one for Asp and one for SQL db)... Basically, our site will have one application call upon another on server A, when this call is made it uses the system generated userids to authenticate and create the workflow in the second application. The 2nd application will in turn create the data that will flow to Server 2 and write to the SQL database and visa versa. We found this weekend as we were loading the site and completing final testing that the security levels established by the hosting provider can not be lowered thus our two applications that work with the SQL DB cannot communication/function properly...

My CTO, My COO, and I have all three sent emails to your Sales@ with no response... I have called repeatedly into your "marketing" answering machine... I am also concerned that if we have an issue with our site - we won't be able to speak with someone immediately when we have an issue or need assistance.

Is there a way for someone to 1) respond to one of us in say less than 2 hours? 2) call either my COO or my CTO to discuss our issues in a fairly high technical nature?

  3. What happened here? Did they decide to come? This would be good to know for the future.
