IE does not open aspx pages... im flastered

i got a simple to an aspx page and for some reason my ie or firefox will only go to download it it wont open it, my buddy has the same problem when connecting to the site so i donno whats going on ive cheacked every thing i know but i dont use asp.net much at all, do i have to get some sort of update or somthing, i already have associated the aspx extention with IE to open from within explorer but still... any help

 

ok UPDATE

for some reason the aspx pages are fine and load properly as long as their are no datasets on the page... once i make a server behavior dataset or a dataset in bindings, it asks me to download the page instead of IE opening it, like i said im new to asp.net so any help is much appreciated
