install web app

Hi am trying to install a web-app call "teamlab". I have already upload the files and set the web-app in the web-application tool. That's all ok. but when i try to access to the app it returns this error

RemotingException: Failed to connect to an IPC Port: The system cannot find the file specified.

and this other too

ServiceActivationException: Service "Cache storage" activation failed.
Reason: service is not responding

I think that it's because this app have 2 folders. One call "service" and other "web.studio"... the folder "web.studio" contains the web-app but the other contains the service that make it work. I install this web-app in my pc and it works well, but I have to enter to the "service" folder and have to execute a file that keeps always running. While this file was running the web-app works well, but when I close it the web-app stops working.

How can I enter to my account and execute that file? or the problem is other?

I try to enter via ssh, but i couldn't. What can I do?
