We have an asp.net application that is giving us an error when we try to uncompress customer data on the website. The error is a general failure; and upon investigating we have been told to install the aspplication 7zip on the server itself to get a detailed explanation of what is really wrong. We don't know how to do this. Can anyone help? Thanks.
We do not allow installation of third-party programs on the servers for the security and performance reason as the servers are shared. Therefore, 7zip, unfortunately, cannot be installed on the server.
