IronSpeed Support

I just completed a project using the IronSpeed Designer which uses .Net framework. I am also using Microsoft Report Viewer 2008 to generate reports within ISD. Do you guys support Microsoft Report Viewer 2008? Also on the web.config file I have a an access database path requiring path to DB and web server. I want to make sure I can implement true path for the location of the database.

I also asked to see if I can speak to someone via the phone. I been now waiting and emailing and wasted a total of three hours trying to make a decision as to using your services or looking at someone else. This is the reason pre-sales should be on the phone to make sure you can cover all the requirements someone might need.
