Hi all, We're implementing a credit card processing solution, and we need to use CyberSource as our transaction processor. Our application is in ASP.NET 1.1 but the processing could be in .NET 2.0 as well if necessary. Has anybody else used CyberSource with DiscountASP.NET as the ISP? If so, did you use their NVP, SOAP or XML implementation, and what were the pitfalls? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Jim
We just recently started supporting CyberSource and we have done some simple testing w/ ASP and ASP.NET code. We tried using both Soap and NVP and both worked fine. Bruce DiscountASP.NET www.DiscountASP.NET
Hi Bruce, That's good to hear. I tried the SOAP method for .NET 1.1 on our site, and gota COM error, so I think that the correct DLLs were not registered on that web server. The required DLLs are available for installation from: http://apps.cybersource.com/library/downloads/cybersource_developer_kits/_.NET/_.NET1.1/simapi-net1.1-5.0.1.msi Do you know for sure that these DLLs will be installed on all web servers? Thanks very much, Jim
Send a support ticket, so that we can verify if the DLL is registered on your server. Aristotle DiscountASP.NET www.DiscountASP.NET
