I discovered that they will take down your site without warning, erasing all of your data. Is this something that has happened to anyone else? What legal options do I have? Emails, blogs, and a year's worth of data were all lost. They are largely ignoring me. Is there another.NET host that anyone can recommend?
Checked your email and didn't find an account associated with it. What is your domain? Do you have a helpdesk ticket number we can review? If your site was terminated for non-payment, there are several emails that go out to you before an account is deleted. You can private message me or send an email to billing-at-discountasp.net.
