Is Silverlight 5 fully installed?

    I'm interested in deploying a 3D Silverlight 5 app. Are all of the tools I need installed on the Discount ASP.NET servers? Is the Silverlight 5 SDK fully installed? Is the additional Silverlight 5 Toolkit (December 2011) installed? ( http://silverlight.codeplex.com/ )
