   So, from month to month one of my highest Browser Types is reported as Unknown...Anyone have any ideas which browsers/versions are not being recognized by LiveStats. I have a pretty mainstream web audience so I would not expect a lot of unusual browsers being used.

   livestats should recognize most of the browser type according to my experience.
   
   the only thing I can suggest is to contact support to grap a sample log file and manually go through them.
