Looking for ASP.net Designer/Programmer to Complete Online Dating Website

Looking for a designer/programmer to finalize my online dating/singles party management website. I've hired several designers/programmers who have either stole my downpayment or taken months to make minor changes. The site is about 70% complete, I just need someone to make final/minor changes to the online dating portion and then use the scripts/code to make the event management component. I only have a budget of $800-$900 left to work with and am looking for someone who is trustworthy and phone accessibleto get the site done in the next 2 weeks. Nice look but needs some work. Consider getting rid of the horizontal separators in both the tan and blue sections. At first I was wondering why there were two logins. They aren't lined up well anyway. In fact, why not have one log-in and then on the next page let the user decide if they want to speed-date or do a match style search.

I think the graphics are fine but it does look like a complicated
site. You've got to find some one with some experience right?
