Our web site is rather slow loading - is this a bandwith issue or a performance issue on the server? If so, can I buy more of which ever?

I doubt it is a bandwidth issue. It could be many different things. The best thing to do is to open a support ticket and provide them with details so they can investigate further.

You can also plug your domain into the end of this URL:

    http://internetsupervision.com/scripts/urlcheck/check.aspx?lan=en-US&checkurl=discountasp.net
To see loading times from servers all over the world.

Best place to start though,is with a traceroute to the server here. Check out this Knowledge Base article for details.

A note on bandwidth - when we talk about bandwidth as an add-on that you can buy, that refers to the total monthly allotment of bandwidth, not the amount of bandwidth avaialble at any given time. As far as available bandwidth is concerned, that is rarely a factor in performance, as we utilize less than 20% of the bandwidth available to our network connections.
