Maybe a connection String problem?

I'm new to Visual Web Developer and new to DASP. I'm creating my first simple aspx page - a login page. My program works fine when run on my local machine but will not work on DASP server. I think I probably need to do something to get my local database (SQL Express) uploaded to DASP's SQL server, but how? I get the following error.

Well, that's an interesting questions... and please forgive my lack of understanding on how this all works, but I assume that the connection string would be found in the web.config page. Here is all I can find about "connection string" on that page =
