Migrating Table changes into production

Hi, This should be easy but I am stumped. I currently have an SQL 2008 database in production at my website. I have been working on many madifications to the functions AND the database design on my desktop. I now what to migrate them into production. I have migrated the software but have been unable to migrate the database changes into production. There are too many to merely manually update the design of the tables. I have tried to export the tables up from the test databases, no. I tried making a backup and restoring, no. I could not find any way in SQL Server Management. I do not need to save the current database data. So, anyone have any ideas? Thanks, Jim
