   Hello guys I'm using Outlook and your SMTP.
   
   From time to time I get some complaints from my contacts saying I'm not getting back to them.
   
   Then I realized that some incoming emails are being lost from time to time and they showed me the emails in their outbox, but I don't get them neither in my inbox, spam or in the web mail.
   
   Can I do something?

   If the emails are not bounced and are not found in any folder on the server, they are probably deleted. Is there any Content Filtering rules defined for your email account that delete messages?
