MSSQL Backup Not Working

    I have been attempting to get a MSSQL backup on one of my databases for hours but get the following message:

    Failed. Please contact Technical Support for details.

    This is not the first time that this has happened. I opened a support ticket over an hour ago but have not had any decent response. Unfortunately, I have three $30/hr data entry personnel waiting on this and am losing $90 every hour. I am very disappointed and concerned in the integrity and reliability of hosting with DiscountASP.net.

    Has anyone else experienced the same or know of a way to create backups without using the SQL Tool Suite in the control panel?

    All errors are logged. I recommend you open a support ticket, our support team can lookup your account and let you know why the backup failed.

    Thank you, Bruce. I did already open a support ticket for this before posting the thread. It took a few hours but they found and fixed the problem. Apparently, the partition containing the SQL server's temp folder had run out of space.
